No one heals alone.
Teens today are drowning in pressure, silence, and pain. Our mentorship programs give them a safe space to speak, be heard, and receive the guidance and support they need from mentors who truly understand, because they’ve lived it too.

We don’t treat symptoms. We break cycles.
From grief counseling to detox referrals, art school scholarships to job training—our programs offer real ways out. Because trauma, addiction, and loss aren’t fixed by awareness alone. They’re healed through connection, purpose, and action.

Born From Grief. Built On Purpose.
Founded by Klea, Sage, and Leila—three women forever marked by the overdose crisis—this movement didn’t start in a boardroom. It started at funerals. In hospital rooms. In late-night phone calls that shattered everything.
We weren’t activists. We were grieving.
We buried friends. We watched youth in our own neighborhoods die from fentanyl-laced pills and substances they didn’t even know were poisoned.
The silence around it was deafening. The systems were failing.
So we chose to speak. To fight. To build something that could stop the next tragedy.
Nobody Plans On Dying is our answer to that pain.
A grassroots fire built from loss and lit with love.
We meet youth where they are. With truth that cuts through denial. With mentorship that actually listens. With resources, purpose, and ways out of the darkness.
This isn’t a campaign. It’s a lifeline. And we won’t stop until this epidemic does.

Our Initiatives
Programs born from grief, built to heal—giving youth and families the tools,
truth, and support to break free from the overdose crisis.
Mentorship Programs
The right person can change the direction of a life. Our trained, certified mentors use their lived experiences, compassion, and proven
skills to walk alongside young people through life’s challenges. By building authentic relationships grounded in trust, they help youth find hope, confidence, and the courage to choose a different path. It’s where trust replaces silence, and real relationships help young people feel seen, supported, and strong enough to rise.
Refferal Services
Every young person and family has unique needs. That’s why we provide individualized referrals to trusted community resources, connecting youth and families with counseling, mental health services, tutoring, family and grief support, substance use treatment, character-building programs, educational opportunities, and other services that help them heal, grow, and thrive.
Awareness Events
Participate in our community awareness events designed to educate, inspire, and open honest conversations about substance use, overdose, and mental health.
